ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with client for timely closure of billing numbers and payments
- Responsible for coordinating with Client for campaign requirement through phone & Email.
- Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid to senior level relationships.
- Manage timely campaign report to be shared with clients.
- Resolving Client issues and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- 2.0 Years of relevant Experience in the field on Client Servicing.
- Educational Qualification MBA in Marketing / Advertisement.
- Hands on experience in Client Servicing in industry.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
