We are performance partner for top brands across 15 Countries. We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join our Client Servicing team who will be responsible for managing internal workflow and developing strong partnerships with clients.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Coordinate with client for timely closure of billing numbers and payments
  2. Responsible for coordinating with Client for campaign requirement through phone & Email.
  3. Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid to senior level relationships.
  4. Manage timely campaign report to be shared with clients.
  5. Resolving Client issues and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  1. 2.0 Years of relevant Experience in the field on Client Servicing.
  2. Educational Qualification MBA in Marketing / Advertisement.
  3. Hands on experience in Client Servicing in industry.
  4. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
